Fall Rate Extra Charges

We understand many of our guests are very price conscience during the fall season and work hard to keep our prices competitive. Since the fall season rates are the lowest of the year we have to include some additional charges which may or may not apply to your stay.

Housekeeping Charge:

There is a $125.00 housekeeping charge for all 4 night stays. Our housekeeping costs have risen so dramatically over the past two years we can no longer offer a 4 night stay without this additional charge. The $125.00 charge is less than half of our cost for housekeeping and linens.

Pool Heat:

Heating a pool is expensive. Depending on the weather it can be as much as $200.00 per week. If you choose to have the pool heated during your Fall or Early Spring stay, there will be a $150.00 additional charge. This is true for both weekly and 4 night stays.

Do we need to heat the pool? In the Early Spring absoluteley! In the Fall it depends on the weather and how much rain we've had, but generally we start heating about the first week of October. We've been there for Columbus Day weekend when we didn't need to heat, and other times when I wouldn't get in without it being heated. I would figure to add this cost in after October 10th.
