Payment ~ Security/Damage Deposit
All charges must include an %11 tax, (7% State and 4% Walton County Tourism) fee in addition to your weekly or daily rate.

We can accept Visa/Mastercard over the phone when you call to make a reservation.

Payment by Personal Check:

For those who would prefer to pay with a personal check we will accept your check, but only with this payment schedule:

%50 of total amount due 14 days after placing the reservation.
If you are booking less than 14 days in advance we Will Not accept a personal check.
The final payment of balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
A $500.00 Secuity/Damage deposit is also due 14 days prior to your arrival. We will cash both the final payment and the security deposit checks! From a cash flow standpoint, this is a major drawback for paying with a check as you will be out an extra $500.00 for as much as a month. Once the unit has been inspected for damage or missing items you will be mailed a check from Masonhouse LLC for the amount of the security deposit minus any charges that may apply for damage or missing items.

Rental Agreement:

Please print out, read and sign the RENTAL AGREEMENT, then fax or mail it back to us before you have made your first payment. Insructions for mailing/faxing are include in the agreement

Payment:

After you have confirmed your reservation with us over the phone, %50 of the rental amount plus tax is due within fourteen (14) days. If you are booking less than 14 days in advance we require %100 of the payment due immediately. The payment of the final balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Your reservation will not show up on our online calender until we have recieved your first payment. Here's an example of a 1 week charge at the Summer Rate:

Security/Damage Deposit.

In addition to your payment we charge a $500.00 Security/Damage Deposit. This deposit will be FULLY REUNDED unless there is damage to the unit or missing items, in which case the amount for repair or replacement will be deducted from your security deposit. Typically we have the security deposit refunded to your account within a few days of your departure, however there are times when it may take up to 3 weeks in order to get bids on a repair. Cancellation Policy.

The will be no refunds for late arrival or early departue.
Cancellation more than two (2) months before your arrival date: $50 processing fee.
Cancellation 60 days to (1) month before your arrival date: %50 Loss of initial deposit.
Cancellation less than one (1) month before your arrival date: Total loss of initial deposit.
